I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for your help with my client. As you know, my client wanted to downsize to a brand new condominium building and was short the funds to be able to be able to provide the builder with the necessary 25% down. Her equity was tied up in her current home. My first suggestion was for her to go to her bank (of over 50 years) and get a loan. Since she was retired, she didn’t fit their requirements and was turned down. Hearing that, I made calls on behalf of my client to senior bank executives within the bank and was surprised by their lack of “thinking outside their box” to serve their clients. This is when I turned this over to you and within days, we had a solution. My client was able to secure the condominium she wanted. We had a win/win situation.
