Objective:

To Reward mortgage brokers and agents for funding deals with Tembo Financial and incentivize high volume submissions.

Program Overview:

Brokers and agents earn reward bonuses based on the number of funded deals or the total loan amount that is funded, whichever criteria is completed first. The program uses a tiered system to incentivize brokers and agents regardless of if their business focuses on high volume or high mortgage loan amounts.

No Sign Up or “registration” is required!

All licensed brokers and level 2 agents are automatically enrolled into the program upon closing at least one deal with Tembo. Your Tembo funded deals will always count towards the program. We will be announcing periodic promotions throughout the year, giving brokers more chances to win rewards!

Program Tiers:

Kickoff bonus 5 BPS Gift Card of Your Choice

Minimum $300 Reward

Criteria: Fund 3 deals

Reward: 5 BPS equivalent in gift cards. Minimum $300 reward, whichever is larger.

Bronze 7.5 BPS Gift Card of Your Choice

5 deals OR $2,500,000

Criteria: Fund 5 deals OR $2,500,000 in total Funded volume

Reward: 7.5 BPS equivalent in gift cards.

Silver 10 BPS Gift Card of Your Choice

10 deals OR $4,000,000

Criteria: Fund 10 deals OR $4,000,000 in total Funded volume

Reward: 10 BPS equivalent in gift cards.

Gold 12.5 BPS

15 deals OR $6,000,000

Criteria: Fund 15 deals OR $6,000,000 in total Funded volume

Reward: 12.5 BPS equivalent in gift cards.

Platinum 15 BPS

25 deals OR $11,000,000

Criteria: Fund 25 deals OR $11,000,000 in total Funded volume

Reward: 15 BPS equivalent in gift cards.

End of Year Bonus:

Any broker or agent who reaches our silver tier or higher automatically qualifies for our end of year bonus raffle.
This raffle is to celebrate our broker and agent partners who have worked hard throughout to year and funded deals through Tembo Financial. The prize will be a luxury experience and will be announced at a later date.
A chance to win a Luxury Experience TBD.

Terms and conditions:

The program will run from January 1st – December 31 st of each year. Reward tiers do NOT carry over from previous years
Bonuses will be calculated on a monthly basis and disbursed by the end of the following month. Any additional funded deals after reaching a tier will contribute toward achieving the next tier; however, bonuses for these deals will only be paid if the broker or agent successfully reaches the next tier.
Rewards are based on funded loans only. The deals can be any type of loan offered and funded by Tembo Financial, including residential, commercial 1 st , 2 nd & 3 rd mortgages.
Deals need to be submitted by individual brokers and agents and cannot be combined with other agent/ brokers.
Tembo Financial reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time, with adequate notice to participants.
